The Vintner Grill was the location of our social,
a lively American Bistro in Summerlin at 10100 W. Charleston Blvd (702) 214-5590.
The entrance is on Indigo Drive between Town Center Drive and Hualapai Way.
The bistro’s compelling architecture combined with the simplicity of the modern decor gives the dining
experience a casual elegance. The focal point for the dynamic outdoor patio is two large canopies in an
illuminated setting with custom-made couches and drapery. Created by Executive Chef Matthew Silverman,
the menu features American dishes with Mediterranean influences from Spain, France, and Italy.
Signature dishes include the lamb osso bucco, white bean hummus, and veal London broil.
Decadent dessert selections are provided exclusively by chocolatier Vosges Haut-Chocolat,
a luxury chocolate experience not to be missed. Vintner Grill boasts an extensive wine list with
more than 100 wines representing ten distinct countries including Germany, New Zealand, and Austria.
Other offerings include more than 30 unique beers from around the world.

Parking was provided up front, Vintner supplied appetizers, and most of us stayed for dinner. The event was very well attended.
We even had two beautiful models sporting Ferrari Regalia to pose with us for photos!
Many thanks to Lisa Weber for making the arrangements, and to
Carla Lindert, and to Rob Hatrak for the photos.
